  The ladies are slow. I understand it's first come first serve but professionalism also entails serving your customers as quickly as possible. I was seated in the queue for 2 hours and ended up leaving without being attended to. I genuinely like the quality of nails as they last long but it's ridiculous having to wait that long before being attended to.
