  This company has practically shut down. No cars in the showroom and minimal employees that are unavailable to assist customers. Unfortunately, I was forced to use FCM motors (VW Zimbabwe) because there are no other authorised vehicle servicers in this country. The staff member in charge of servicing was unreliable and made us wait for over 30 minutes on several occasions. He assured that the servicing of the car would be finished within a day. After attempting to pick up my car on two consecutive days the procedure was still incomplete. They returned my car after 3 days, however, a day after servicing the car monitor notified me that the tyre pressure had not been calibrated. This is one of the most basic aspects of motor vehicle servicing! Several weeks after servicing my car I realised that the USB attachment in the glove compartment was missing. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism I experienced and I certainly will not recommend anyone to use this company.
