::I mean... I like movies and I'm glad we have a cinema that shows current releases here. The idea of renovating the old cinema was a very good one, and on the surface the place looks quite nice. But something's lacking in the way the day-to-day operation is run. It's the small, practical things. e.g. both times I've been there there have been technical issues with the sound. Also the layout is a bit confusing right from when you try and buy tickets, with not being sure about where to go or where to stand, or movies being advertised as being in one theatre but then seemingly switching to another at the last minute. I almost panicked when I thought that I was going to miss the start of a movie. It's quite a confusing place and those kinds of things can ruin the atmosphere and hype that you have when you go to see a movie that you've been looking forward to.
