  Excellent conferencing facilities, very helpful and courteous staff. Also not to be forgotten for special mention are the Guest Relations Office and the Concierge. Room service and housekeeping services are very well provided. Air conditioned rooms, well heated bath water and neccessary toiletries complete the list. The wifi service is exceptionally fast. No intermittent breaks.

  These guys have totally lost the plot. I wanted a place to have a late lunch on Sunday so I thought I would try out their coffee shop on the Mezzanine floor. The waitress literally dragged herself up the stairs but I will give her credit for being friendly and honest. Don't even get me started on the food. Me and my girlfriend ordered T bone and sirloin steak with salad and I especially remember specifying that the the T bone should be medium to well done when it came it was well done to overcooked. My sirloin strips may as well have been biltong strips they were not tender at all. As for the salad it tasted like the smell of tipex. Bulawayo Rainbow is not what it used to be if it ever was anything to begin with.

  It's a great place to be when you visit Bulawayo. Love their service especially Godfrey. He is a very vibrate guy who is entertaining and nows how to deal with all clients nomatter their age. Food was great and they are very reliable when it comes to housekeeping issues. There is need to remodel their rooms. Really enjoyed my stay there

  I have always loved my stay at the hotel each time I am in Bulawayo. The environment, the rooms, the location, staff and everything about this hotel is just exquisite. I also appreciate the inclusion of the refrigerator in the rooms. Really you guys are serious about your service. However, there is need for some attention the carpet in the rooms because if one walks barefoot, dust is evident.
