  Phoned in to enquire about Visas and other payments and the treatment I got was appalling. The lady I spoke to ( Thursday 17 Aug 14.10pm) had the worst attitude in the world and was very, very rude! She didn't even let me finish what I was asking for, I reminded her politely that I wanted to bring in business and she told me off!!! Who does that?!?! If anyone who matters at this company has the time to read this... fix this! or you'll keep losing customers due to your incompetent and untrained staff - which is why I took the time to write this. You are better off taking your money elsewhere... I did... or you'll be disappointed! Unfortunately, you can't post with no stars... so basically you got a negative 5 from me.
