  It's okay, nothing more than that. Although the standard isn't that great especially for the price, the place is very clean and complex is secure. Short 5 minute walk to Five Ave shopping centre and about 10 or so mins to Harare CBD. The standout is the staff, very friendly and professional.

  Good, clean budget hotel with great showers, comfortable beds and ceiling fans. They have a selection of crisps and snacks in reception with Tim's of pepsi, toiletries and condoms. Staff are friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk to some take aways, a spar shop, restaurant and bar. Despite what you may have heard Harare is very safe for white folk, I walked form the hotel though unlit back streets at night to the shops several times with no problems. There are prostitutes and drug dealers but they keep to themselves and are no trouble. A single room is only 40usd per night.

  I think the Staff are very friendly and the location is just perfect. It's very near to the CBD, meaning you can walk. No need to book taxis all the time. The breakfast is too basic and the rooms need some renovation though to bring them up to a modern day standard. All in all I would recommend this place for business travellers.

  Lovely and affordable place. I spend 1 or 2 nights monthy and been doing so for a couple of years now. I generally like the place besides my last few experiences. I decided to try out room 104 which is close to the reception area. Twice in a row I'm been woken up by load chatting and laughing by members of staff.
