  please do something about your call center, one cannot be expected to call 10 times with no response and when the call is answered you are transfered to an extension with no one picking up the call. i have bee trying to call CIMAS for the past 40 minutes and the phone just rings with no response. with the amout of money you make from us you can surely afford to invest in a dedicated call center. im a very fruastrated
