  Three stars simply because you have to pay to use the public toilets but a safe and clean environment

  Garden could do with better care and waste management. Usually full of people loafing/sleeping. Potential of being a beautiful square

  Grab some fresh air there in the busy city of Harare. But usually all the benches are fully occupied.

  The Garden is a spacious old place now filtered with street kids and the homeless and has free WiFi for the public to use
