Extremely bad service!! My name is mai Ruvimbo. I'm so so disturbed by the situation @ Wilkins Hospital located on Princess Road in Harare. I visited Wilkins hospital this week on Monday, July 16, 2018. I would like amai Mnangagwa to pay a surprise visit & see for herself how people are being harassed by the very people who are supposed to save lives. Female doctor at the hospital acts like a celebrity on the red carpet. She does not attend to patients but instead walks down the halls like she's on the red carpet. She constantly engages with patients asking them why they are in the building on to harass and orders them to go outside the building and wait for their turn which never comes. Nurses too do the same and were very rude and very impatient with patients. The Pharmacist is very arrogant and could not care less to listen to any patients. Pharmacist literally threw medications to patients to an extent that my medication pack tore open and all the medication was all over the floor and I could not pick them up. The staff at Wilkins are always angry and not helpful at all. We need a staff turnover immediately at this hospital. The counselling team also needs to be changed asap as they have overstayed and waste people's time moving up & down doing nothing but showing off their clothing. In the new Zimbabwe we need to see hospital staff that are compassionate and relate to the hundreds of patients who are left to sit out in the rain and cold. Please we need dedicated new staff of workers who are willing to work & save lives. New Zimbabwe is for all. Patients wait long hours & are referred to different rooms until very late afternoon and yet they arrive at the hospital as early as 6am. This has to stop in our new Zimbabwe. Mr Mnangagwa and Dr Parerinyatwa please you have act fast before all the resources you are providing to help peoples are put to waste by these lazy, angry ridiculous workers at Wilkins hospital. Our Zimbabwe has so many educated people who qualify to replace these ridiculous people right away. We need staff that can be at the mercy of people who are infected by HIV & TB. I thank you in advance the Government of Zimbabwe πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡Ό
