  Re: Daughter Heather's wedding in Zimbabwe. I cannot praise Vayeni enough for the thought and hard work that went into making Heather and Matt's wedding a most memorable one. Living in Lagos Nigeria made input very difficult for us, the parents of the bride. Suzanne was patient, understanding and always cheerful in her correspondence. Nothing was too much trouble. Needless to say the wedding was an absolute delight and a resounding success. Vayeni's strength lies in the passion to make all travel and logistics seamless. Pam and I thank you Suzanne and Luke for all your hard work and diligence to the smallest detail. You certainly made a great impression on us and so you will with all the people you will still come into contact with.

  Zimbabwe, being home, is where i have had my heart set on getting married all my life. I knew it would be a logistical nightmare to organize, considering we live in Buenos Aires Argentina, and most of our guests where coming from the States and the UK, and it was to be a week and a half to two week long wedding adventure. Thanks to Vayeni ( Suzanne and Luke) I couldnt have had a better experience. Suzanne not only listened to my vision of what I hoped my wedding adventure would be like, but suggested some other incredible ideas. She went over and beyond what I could have asked or expected of anyone. She was fast to reply back to emails, had extensive information about the area, any activities, the transportation and the logistical team to help. She took all the pressure off me as the bride to the point that I went fishing the day of my wedding. Vayeni, not only made my dream wedding come true but I can honestly say all the guest had an incredible time. Vayeni then helped us organize an incredible honeymoon in Namibia and Botswana. We expressed interest in certain area and then let them tell us where to go - again it was incredible and extremely well organized, so plenty of time to relax. I cant praise Vayeni enough and I highly recommend them as a travel company. A Huge Thank You for making our dream wedding happen. We will definitely be contacting you again and recommending you to everyone we know.

  My sister decided to have her wedding at Bumi Hills Lake Kariba and Suzanne took on the huge task of helping her organise it. As Maid of honour I played a role in some of the organisation before getting to Zimbabwe and as I live in the UK all of my communication was by email. Suzanne was always quick to respond, provided me with some wonderful options that were to be a surprise for the bride and groom and was extremely patient with my deliberations! For much of my family we were returning home and Suzanne and Luke made the trip extra special. For the groom's American family they were visiting for the first time and with Suzanne's amazing organisation they had a jam packed holiday where they saw and did everything they possible could. My sister's beautiful wedding was largely the result of Suzanne's hard work and I cannot thank Vayeni enough. Suzanne and Luke are passionate and knowledgeable about our beautiful Zimbabwe and I would highly recommend Vayeni.

  Whilst planning a trip for a group of clients recently, we had to make some very last minute changes to flights. I immediately thought of Vayeni to help us in these last minute efforts to get private charter flights from Harare to Pamushana and return for 8 people. Luke and Suzanne of Vayeni responded very quickly with a quote, helped us to sort out extra luggage issues, made sure the transfer staff were waiting for us, and even helped us through immigration quickly. Vanyeni went above and beyond to help us at Hills of Africa Travel with making our clients feel very welcome and well looked after during their trip to Africa.
