  A good and decent place to stay..it's got a swimming pool and a restaurant too.. The people are kind and polite to you only if you are to them in the first hand..had a few issues in the room which were resolved upon addressing it at the reception..Good voew from the balcony.. But the only bad thing about the room was the beds, it makes sounds while sitting, standing and even when you move a little 😂

  The staff are friendly and helpful very polite decore is a bit old school but cosy great stay only complaint I have is water wasn't hot enough

  Historic place, self catering rooms good for family visits, located at the heart of Lusaka, reasonable price. I recommend it

  Nice grounds and staff but rather dated and slightly musty. More expensive that other budget places, around 57usd a night. The rooms do come with a sitting room which is great if you want to hold business meetings. The staff are great, but it is just in need of renovation. Good free WiFi, and they are related to the point restaurant next door. There's a small pool and you can see from the grounds and buildings that it used to be quite grand, alas it's now dated.

  Definitely needs an upgrade, the bathrooms are quite outdated and sometimes getting a hot shower is a mission. otherwise the location is perfect, staff are very helpful and pleasant. It's a nice serene environment and quite affordable too.
