  Am quite disappointed with the food honestly. I just ordered a cheese cake it just came plain no garnish what so ever just to make it more presentable and appetising. Nor was the cake covered. What happened to the importance of hygiene.??you honestly need to improve on your food and plating skills..you can do better.

  We enjoyed a delicious buffet dinner in the Pavilion Restaurant in the Meikles Hotel. The service by all hosting staff was world class, however, in particular a server named Innocence provided the best experience that I have yet to encounter in all my dining experience! Innocence comprehensively described the details of the dishes offered and he was there in a timely manner to cater to all of our dining needs. A big thank you and excellent job Innocence!

  This is the hotel I stayed during my Harare Visit and it's true what the say it is the best hotel in town. The hotel is suitably located within town therefore easily accessible. The service is amazing and the staff are friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The breakfast was sumptuous and enjoyed lunch and dinner meals especially through their room service. Cabs are readily available outside the hotel, mostly Mercedes Benz (Classy rides) and you have an option of paying in cash or upon check out. The staff are helpful in guiding you about places to visit, I was directed to a go-carting place by one of the staff members. There is a Pick N Pay supermarket nearby which allows you to shop for snacks and personal essentials which you may need. During my visit the swimming pool was under construction, am sure its up and running by now.

  The hotel is beautiful. Stay on the park side for better views, probably eat out as much as you can. Typical of hotel food it's not great but the accommodation is great. I could write a book about the tubs 😍😍😍😍

  Så venligt personale, fleksible og god service. Vi fik en rigtig babyseng sat op på værelset.
