  We used Falcon for a ground transfer from Kasane Airport to Victoria Falls. They were one of the most reasonably priced companies we came across and they offered great service from picking us up on time to helping us at the border crossing to make sure it all went smoothly. The van was nice and clean and air conditioned. Highly recommend!

  Very poor customer service and couldn’t even successfully book and manage a three night stay in a hotel. Had 6 months notice. Had our money. Then said they had never had it, and now we are out of pocket by£1000. Suggest people don’t use them. Try WildHorizons or Shearwater in Vic Falls, they looked after us very well with rafting and kayaking.

  WARNING! This company stole over £1000 from our family. They promised booking, accepted payment and then vanished. We have had no contact with them in over 3 months since we turned up in Vic Falls to find our booking had never been confirmed. DO NOT USE. They are lying crooks and an awful company.
